60 Second Pause

Take a minute to be inspired.

Rest doesn’t just happen; we have to choose to engage with it. The 60 Second Pause is an opportunity to stop for a minute, breathe, and centre. It’s your chance to slow down, be inspired, and transform your thinking for the day.

We’ve based the 60 Second Pauses around nine life-giving themes; love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control and applied them to aspects of life like work, family, communication, rest, and more.

Do yourself a favour, stop for a minute, breathe, and engage with the 60 Second Pause.
